London 2012

Year 2012 - this year, it is gonna be big for London, since 2005 often we hear about London 2012, yes it has finally arrived! I think this view in the picture could appear everywhere and London could be the most talk topic of the year ... stay tuned =)

Autumn Colour

The season of colours, autumn is a magical time of year, and one of the best times to go for a day out for photography. Liking the avenue of trees and yellow leaves, it is just spectacular and romantic!

Looking at another angle! lower down and the crops have just been cut, summer has gone, welcome the Autumn! It's just started .. looking forward to more colour Autumns! Great for photography I think... stay tuned! :)

Lavender field

Went to Mayfield Lavender, I heard it was very nice, sadly those lavender are not quite ready yet, hence it doesn't look very purple, could be due to the lack of rain fall....

LA by night

I am still learning how to capture night scenes with the correct shutter speed. It was a perfect opportunities for me to put this into practise. LA at night from the hill top of Griffin Observatory.

sub zero

If you lived in the UK, perhaps you are already living in this sub zero temperature with lots of snow falls especially this weekend! For some people it's joy, whereas some other finds it extremely hazardous. For me, it's my golden opportunity to take some lovely pictures! yay!

circus

Not long ago, there was a circus just around the corner, I didn't go and watch the entire show, instead, went for had a little wonder, results? I took these pictures.

reflection

I really like the outcome of this picture, when I took this picture, i thought the composition of the whole scenery plus the reflection could make a good impact to the outcome and yet it did the job! I am well pleased with it =)

A recent sunset view. Hmm it's Friday 13th, plus sunset .. hmmm.. does that mean everything is going down hill!! Thinking too much ... thinking too much!! Don't worry, be Jolly. Only coincidence!

London Eye

The world's largest observation wheel, the British Airways London Eye, Millennium Jubilee Gardens, opened in 2000. It is the fourth-tallest structure in London, offering panoramic views that extend for some 40km (25 miles) if the weather's clear. Passengers are carried in 32 "pods" that make a complete revolution every half-hour. Along the way you'll see some of London's most famous landmarks from a bird's-eye view.

Trafalgar Sqaure

I am so please about this picture. Trafalgar sqaure, one of London's most visited landmark, also one of the popular tourist spots. Trafalgar Square is also one of London’s busiest and best known outdoor public spaces and is used for many public gatherings such as the New Year celebrations and political rallies.

While Royal Mail is on strike today, I decided to put up this, this might be one of the reason people don't use them, because this post box is in the middle of nowhere!

More Autumn

Autumn is here! Despite the cooling weather, it is actually a colourful season. I like looking leaves turning orange, red, yellow, brown before falling down. More photo opportunities for me :)

He is my first model! I like taking this kind of natural portrait shoots. It was the first time I saw him walk/run properly! I think he enjoys it, you can tell from his face :)
