Have you had a fun Halloween day? I was in London the Saturday before Halloween, many people dressed up and 'make the most of it!', here are some of my captures.

Gelato

This is a MUST HAVE when you visit Italy, you must at least taste the local famous ice-cream, GELATO! They are freshly made everyday. The Italians have done something magical with their version. Gelato shops in Italy are called “gelaterie”, and they’re colorful affairs – the glass cases are often full of tubs of gelato overflowing and calling to you. but I should caution you that once you try Italian gelato you may not be satisfied with regular ice cream ever again.

Pisa Tower

Taken from my recent Italy trip, this Pisa Tower is well known for it's leaning angle, you would never know how it feels until you have actually climbed up to the top, it feels so strange yet so good. It cost €15, but it is definitely worthed, highly recommended.

Florence sunset

Florence sunset, yet another sunset shot, this is at Florence Italy. Many people said Paris is the city of Romance, I agree. I would pick Florence, I think this is a honey moon must go place! Highly recommended.

Went to a friend's graduation ceremony, it's a memorable day for some people, also a remarkable achievement for some. CONGRATULATIONS!!! For me of course it was the chance to capture the moment! =).

Indonesian style tricycle, it is kind of a common transportation there.

Bicycle is quite common in Cambridge, you can see people riding bicycle in town. Cambridge is flat and easy to commute with bike, therefore it's a place full of bicycle, literally everywhere! It is also nice for photography. For example this picture =)

St. Paul's Cathedral

Everytime I visited London (2008-2010), this cathedral was half covered by scaffolding, hurrah it's all gone! Nice photo too! :) This photo was taken from 7th floor of the Tate Modern opposite the River Thames. 2 of the London landmarks for tourists and local too!

organisation

Interesting to see how the way people do stuff, something little in life can affect the results, or something different in life can inspire someone. They are just a pale of baskets, but why people stacking them up that way? From a photography point of view, I think this is art, no matter how people organise it, it's beautiful, just think from a different perspective.

It was very windy in England, perhaps we are entering Autumn already .. doesn't mean no fun anymore. Look at these people, they enjoyed the weather!

Royal Albert Hall

This is one of the biggest landmark in London, especially for people who appreciate music, particularly classical music. However it is not only for classical music now, over the years there has been a lot of various performances, from classical, pop, jazz, etc BBC Proms is one of the annual event for people who appreciate classical music. I was there last Sunday. It was spectacular! It is one of those events people should experience. So grand!

Milk Bar

I am not a coffee person, but occasional I like visiting coffee shop, have a nice cup of coffee indoor if it is a cold day or outdoor is the sun is out. This is by far my top coffee shop, it is situated at London Soho. Highly recommended.
